801. Carlrodia : Carl Rodia is a cousin of the birth mother who is working to help her find her birth son.
Birth Mother: I have no expectations. It is not my intention to create any stresses in anyone’s life, least of all the person to whom I gave birth. However, at this stage of life, now in my 70s, I simply have to try finding him one more time whether of not a reunion ever is the result. I have tried before but in vain. Time is running out for me.
802. StacyBurela : My parents had 4 daughters together. The first was born sometime before 1967. Birth mothers name is Kathleen Kane and birth fathers name is james Thompson. Her given birth name was Debra. The adoption was either in Connecticut or New York.
806. Katned : I know of someone whose mother, Ramona Sandborn, gave a child up for adoption probably 1968 or 1969. Ramona is deceased so not much info is known. It was in Connecticut. The father of the child was Richard R Sandborn, deceased as well.
807. Debic318 : I was told that my mother was 23 when she had me, and she had 6 younger siblings, including a set of twins. My father was supposed to be from New York, and I was told he was 32. My mother didn’t know he was married with 2 children. (None of this information is confirmed, just stories I have been told. I was also told that my birth name was possibly Deborah Jane Mitchell, though I was given up at birth.) I have never given up searching but am losing hope. My DNA results have been downloaded to this site. I hope someone finds me soon! Update: I have been reunited with my birth family through DNA results. It took 67 years, but I now have 8 brothers and 2 sisters that I never knew about.
808. Amarino883 : I was born in Middletown CT was given up at birth and adopted in early December 1983. Im lookong for my birth parents or any sibling I may have.
809. Pitstophippo : Looking for my first cousin. Born to my Aunt of Scottish descent who was living in Danbury‚ Connecticut at the time. She was around 28 years old at the time. Don’t know name of father‚ a married man we believe. Adoption was through Catholic Charities as far as I know. Don’t actually know a birth month but was born around the same time as me (October) not sure if earlier or later! If given a name at birth it may have been Thomas or Allan.
810. Rebeccagordon0204 : I was born in Hartford, CT at Hartford Hospital.
Adoption was done through Catholic Family Services.
Birth Mother was 18 and Birth Father was 23.
They are both listed as living in Hartford, CT at the time of my birth.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
