I was born November 13 1987 at Royal Woman’s Hospital in Brisbane. I was adopted by Christmas 1987. I really do not have much other information to go on aside from the name that was on the back of the photo I have found.

He was born approximately 6 weeks premature and also had pneumonia so spent the first 4 and a half weeks of his life at Cairns Base Hospital where he was apparently known by the name Jacob or Jacob Daniel.

The adoptive parents names were Michael & June Hackett lived in the Charleville Qld district with their other biological children.
