286. SeekingGrandparent : Hi,
My name is Sarah.
I have spent half my life wondering about my family history, origion. Longing for a sense of Belonging and Understanding.
My Mother born in August 1963, was adopted in a little in a country town either in QLD or NSW. She was roughly 6 weeks old at time of adoption. and was given to adoptive parents at a small country town hospital She was given the name i believe at time of adoption- Jann Margaret Bowden.
Noele and James Bowden are her adoptive parents and i am her Daugher.
Both Noele and James are deceased and my Mother will not discuss any details with me as i believe she made contact in late 1980’s early 1990’s
Unfortunately my Mothers wish to seek her biological parents out was not recieved well and went no further.
I feel and believe despite this, that i myself have the God Given Right to know who they are, where there from......
I also only know who my Biological Grandmother is on My Dads side. My Father no longer with us and yet another Family History i have no idea about. I want to belong! Understand my heritage. I have minimal information and im hoping that this site might help me.
