My mother adopted a son at birth. I am of the understanding this took place approximately two years prior to my birth in June 1968. I can only assume this took place in at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Brisbane or Boothville/Salvation Army Hospital Queensland. My mother could recall no further details of this birth.

He was born in Brisbane (around the Wilston area), and his birth certificate would only show birth mothers details due to our parents young ages. Our parents later got married (since divorced) and had two other children, a girl born in 1964 and another son born 1967.
