Mother: Rose Emily Bird (Nee Gordon) passed away on 27/2/1946.Leaving behind 5 Children aged from 9yrs to 2.yrs. Evelyn May being the youngest. Her Adoptive Father was stated to be a Waterside Worker on non identifying papers received and this was in 1991. At One time all siblings lived in The St. Vincents Nudgee Orphange Brisbane as father was unable to cope taking care of children. Eventually all lived with their Father and His Parents except Evelyn They all resided in Alfred Street The Valley. Any Information would be most Grateful. I am a First Cousins on her father’s side and she has always been in our thoughts ever since I can remember being told by my mother of her existence.
