Adopted.com is proud to offer a country-wide Adoption Reunion Registry for Australia where you
can meet by mutual consent whether you've accessed your adoption records or not. From Perth
to Brisbane and everywhere in between, if both parties want to meet then you can find each
other on Adopted.com!
In Queensland, adult adoptees (18 and over) are able to access identifying information from the
government, unless a veto preventing access has been submitted.

Pereirafamily : I am looking for the family of or information on Mary Turner, who gave birth to an illegitimate child on the 21/5/1919 at The Salvation Army Maternity Home Breakfast Creek Brisbane. She was from Melbourne. My birth parents met in Townsville in 1964/65. They moved away to Sydney NSW together. I was later born in Townsville at the mater hospital on 10 February 1966 and adopted at 10 days by a loving couple. As my birth mother is sadly no longer alive
I have very little to go on.... I’m told he may have been Spanish or Portugese, that his name may have been Ron and that he sent cards on my birthday to my birth mother.
366. Lizzie-miller : Bobby (Robert Richardson) was born sometime in August 1960 (may even be 1959) in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
