Adopted.com is proud to offer a country-wide Adoption Reunion Registry for Australia where you
can meet by mutual consent whether you've accessed your adoption records or not. From Perth
to Brisbane and everywhere in between, if both parties want to meet then you can find each
other on Adopted.com!
In Queensland, adult adoptees (18 and over) are able to access identifying information from the
government, unless a veto preventing access has been submitted.

302. VickiEdwards : Hello, I’m looking for my brother who was adopted very close to his birth date of 7th March 1962 (+-2 days). He was born in Brisbane (around the Wilston area), and his birth certificate would only show birth mothers details due to our parents young ages. Our parents later got married (since divorced) and had two other children, a girl born in 1964 and another son born 1967.
305. Kylielf73 : My brother’s name is Erin Roberts and the last I heard he was a fire fighter from Mackay. I wrote to him but he never wrote back. I sent him a birthday card on our birthday February 13. He did answer a letter from our mother.
I found out about him when I was 19, but I know I’ve always lived him.
Please make contact. After respecting your wishes by not replying to me I now fear I should’ve pushed harder.
Please make contact.

313. Kathlynnkatee : I’m trying to find my father’s Birthmother & Birthfather and/or any remaining relatives.
My father was born 23/08/1958 (so we think) at Royal Women’s Hospital Brisbane. We believe his mother’s name/middle name/nickname is Mary and her last name Brown or Browne (unsure if nee)
Any information would be wonderful!
Thank you!
314. Kathlynnkatee : I’m looking for my Grandparents, the parents of my father who adopted him out in August 1958 in Brisbane, Queensland.
Shaky information has led us to believe the mother’s name is Mary Brown. Was 15-16 at the time.
Please contact me if you have any information.
We would just like to know who we are.
Love all of your grandchildren (6) and great-grandchildren (1)
315. RoseMarieMyers67 : I was born in Brisbane, Qld at the Royal Womens Hospital. I obtained my adoption birth certificate about 22 years ago and located my Aunt who after some persuasion passed on some information about me to my birth mother. I had a phone call with my birth mother, Eileen, but she wasn’t very well emotionally at the time and it was a difficult call. I would dearly love to find her again and any other family members that I am related to. I would also like to find out some information about my birth grandparents and their Irish heritage.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
