I was placed with Jill Fay Waters (formerly Burton) and John Howard Waters of 32 Camp Street, Toowong QLD on 11/12/1963. My adoption to Jill and John Waters took place on 11/07/1969 when they lived at 121 Belmont Road, Tingalpa QLD. Adoption took place through the Department of Children’s Services (I think). Any assistance would be appreciated, including details of any siblings or other family members, and reason why the adoption took so long, and why my first two names were not changed at the time.
