The date of my adoption‚ when my adopted parents picked me up from Nanango Hospital‚ was the 1st of April 1969. My adopted mother has shared with me information about my birth mother that was shared with her by the nurses in the hospital. Apparently my birth mother was 21 years of age at the time of my adoption‚ and my arm band with my birth mother’s name‚ was still attached to me when my adopted parents picked me up. My birth mother’s last name‚ on the arm band‚ was Carolyn Ford‚ however I am unsure of the spelling of both the first and last names.
