1397. Lap7050 : I was born Larrie Mae Evans‚ a white female‚ on 01/02/1966 at Army base Ft. Rucker‚ Dale‚ Alabama‚ to Larrie Lee Evans‚ a white female (03/03/1944)‚ and James William Evans (unknown date of birth). He was in the Army at the time. I found my mom‚ Larrie Lee Colyer-Evans‚ when I was 35‚ and we are very close now. I believe my dad‚ James‚ is deceased. I was adopted in Texas in 1972 by Aaron Douglas & Beverly Ann Nokes-Denman from Garland‚ TX. I believe I have found all the relatives‚ and I am just trying to find any records of the adoption‚ if possible. At some point between 1969 and 1972‚ I was moved through CPS. I was placed back with my bio-dad and step-mom‚ Betty. Abuse occurred‚ and I was taken away from him and out of elementary school in Howe‚ Texas‚ by the Sheriff's department and put into foster homes‚ never to see my bio dad again and I have no idea what ever happened to him or Betty or the three brothers that also lived in the home. I was eventually adopted in 1972 in Garland‚ Texas. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

They were both adopted by a couple i believe either in Florida or Alabama. I don't know they're names or ages. I do Know our dad's name and his mother and siblings. My adoption was underway before I had even been born. I was adopted by Hattie and Basil Robertson‚ but my mother is actually related to my birth mother. My adopted grandmother was sisters with Ada Helen Minyard. So my adoption was an intra-adoption. My family is primarily French and creek Indian. I have recently found out that I am from the Poarch band of the Creek Tribe. I can trace my roots all the way back to a French pioneer John Minyard. My great‚ great great great grandparents were James and Sally Carpenter. They gave birth to Owen Minyard‚ who was married to charity carpenter and my great great grandparents are Angus Minyard and Hattie Carpenter. I am looking for relatives on either my Minyard side or the Tidwell side. I can trace the Minyard side all the way back to John Minyard who was a French pioneer. But I know very little about my Tidwell background.
