Frances Ann Arguelles and Henry Cook Salisbury are listed as parents on my birth certificate. I was raised in Biloxi‚ MS.

Her adoptive name was Lavalla Elizabeth Sarver but her birth name may have been Alice Boulding (name on DeCree of Adoption but may have been Bolding. I have a Decree of Adoption dated April 1st 1917. The court of adoption happened in Limestone county ‚ Athens Al. Her adoptive parents were Charles Sarver and LaValla Fuller Sarver. She was born in Tennessee‚ also her adoptive parents were. I am assuming birth parents were from Tennessee or Alabama. Stories are she had a sister which was disabled and maybe a couple of brothers‚ something about a train ride and not sure if it was to take her to be adopted or parents gave her up because they couldn't afford to raise all the children. The last name is up in the air‚ don't really know what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1371. Dohaulrelatives : Had raelyn maide Keith in limestone county‚ athen city hospital. Dr McLaughlin (psycopath) delivered Raelyn 08/18/2017. I was in Madison county jail in Huntsville when approached by DHR to sign papers ‚.helping family that had raelyn adopt her faster with promises of regular pictures‚ updates‚ and involvement if wanted when debt was paid to society. DHR will not uphold their end of the deal. Won't even give me my social worker's contact info. Need to know everything's ok with Raelyn and all this run around from DHR is starting to make me worry. I don't know where to go from here. All I know is the DHR worker in Huntsville Madison county slipped up n said she was in the city of Madison‚ in Madison county‚ but who knows if she was even with DHR for real. How could I have been so smart

I was in Maryland after that. We separated about December of 1982/1983 and she was pregnant at that time. I was born in San Juan‚ Puerto Rico July 13‚ 1950. Elizabeth (Liz) was born in Flushing‚ Queens‚ New York City‚ New York December 18‚ 1956. She passed away on February 18‚ 2003 in Dothan Alabama. At that time she was living with or married to Rodney Bryan Bolin. Liz and I had two boys‚ David (1975) and Michael (1977). I was told that Liz named our daughter Ann (after her sister). I believe she had two other children with Mr. Bolin. I do not know where she had our child or where she might have been given up. I do not know when she was born. Whoever you are... You are so very loved and wanted. You have family who only wants to know you‚ to love you‚ to give you love.

My mother had two more children with a man named Rodney Bolin. I do not know them. I hope to find my sister‚ to know her‚ to love her‚ to be a part of her life. I always wanted a little sister. I am married with five children of my own and my brother‚ Michael is married with two children. I have DNA on Ancestry.com.
