She was at a home for unwed mother’s in Chattanooga Tennessee. He was born around 6:30-7:00 am February 12, 1970 at Erlanger Hospital, Chattanooga , Tennessee. The doctor was Dr. Davis. The nurse was nurse was nurse Nichols. She signed adoption papers before the birth in Gadsden Alabama.
