1300. Angeliangaspar10_ : My name is Angelina‚ and I’m looking for my sister who was adopted as a baby in Gainesville‚ Florida. She was born hard of hearing and used sign language often as a child. My family visited her when she was little‚ but eventually her adoptive parents ended contact and told our parents not to come back or they would call the police.
We never stopped thinking about her. Our mom and dad didn’t speak English at the time‚ so they didn’t fully understand the system or how to fight to keep us connected. Now that we’re older‚ we want to find her and reconnect. She has siblings and family who care about her deeply and want to be part of her life‚ even just to know she’s okay. Her birthed bam was Jessica but they changed it to Mary.
If this sounds like your story—or you think you might know someone it applies to—please reach out. We would love to hear from you.
