1276. Lainey61 : I am looking for my son, who was born on May 22, 1981. He was born at Mackenzie Willamette Hospital in Springfield, OR. He was adopted right away. I can’t remember the lawyer’s name, but he was based in Eugene, OR. This was a private adoption and I believe the family’s name who adopted him was Kendall but I’m not 100% sure on that.

The most I know is my mothers (his biological mother) name is Cathy Elizabeth Church. She was born November 13, 1969. She gave birth to a boy when she was 15-18? I don’t know the date or the exact year. I’m guess that would make the birth year 1985-1988? I think it was around the Dalles, Oregon area. My grandmothers name which would have been the one to sign off any paperwork if she was still a minor her name is Karlyn Badger she may have gone by Karlyn Church then as she was still married to my Grandpa William Church. I hope this is enough to find my brother.

1280. Drieb : Birth name is David Leroy Martin was born July 22, 1961in Chicago, Illinois. Story has it abandoned in a motel but no proof of that. Birth Certificate signed by Dr. Henry J. Evenhouse who worked at Christ Community Hospital in Chicago. Was adopted in Salem or Portland Oregon. DNA was done on 23 and me so I have an idea of family but can’t make the connection.

My maternal grandmother’s name is Lana. I was adopted through the Mormon adoption agency, a private adoption. Supposedly my birth mom lived in Georgia or Florida. My birth father was apparently in Florida jail and they both were 21. I also have a half brother born march 3, 1998 that my birth mother kept. Apparently my father didn’t know I existed. I have a daughter of my own now and would like to know any health information and look for possible family members who would want a relationship.
