I was tricked into signing the adoption paperwork by a county social worker. I was told it was a contract stating that I was going to get emancipated and be on my own with my daughter within a year if I complied by all rules of the contract. I signed then went to see my daughter the following weekend and she was already adopted and my caseworker has resigned from the county.
So I’ve been trying to find her ever since.
I would like to tell her what happened and get to know her before I pass away.

1031. Marcbmu : I gave birth to my son on 4-20-90 at Providence St. Vincent Hospital in Portland, OR. I worked with Boys & Girl Aid and found a wonderful couple (Jan & Jerry) to adopt my son. They also had another adopted boy named Kyle who I believe was something around 2-3 at the time. I know that Jan & Jerry lived down in Southern Oregon and although I was suppose to get yearly letters/pictures I only got that until Eric was about 5 years old. I know my son’s name is Eric Michael. I wrote to the his parents through Boys & Girl Aid for many years without any response. I am hoping desperately to one day meet him and have him meet his half sister Bryce.
