A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within Oregon Who Chose To Be Featured
631. KittyR : My name is Kathryn and I am searching for my two brother who were given up for adoption. Their names were(are) Matthew and Joey. Our birth mothers name is I believe Sandra. Not sure about last name. I think it was Bunts or Buntz or something to that extent. We were living in Oregon when we were given up for adoption. I would love to meet you guys.
634. MaryKorte1380 : My son and daughter were both adopted out in Lane county Oregon City of Eugene they went with a family by the last names of Lawrence, and Barquist, I just want to see thier faces and know that they are ok
636. Ashleyanzarpt : Would love to find and meet my older brother. We have made a birthday cake for him and sang to him many times over the years with my father.
I was told his name was Nathan. Birth mother’s name was Katherine (Kathy) Rutherford from Florence, Oregon. My father’s name (Birth father) Gregory Cockeram.
637. Jcoreyfreeman : I am currently searching for my birth mother as my birth father is most likely deceased. I was born in Portland Oregon on June 21, 1969 to Elaine Margaret Johnson (this may or may not be her real name according to the adoption agency) at the Multnomah Hospital. I was placed for adoption through the Boy’s and Girl’s Aid Society. From the information that I have received from the adoption agency and the original birth certificate, my birth mother was 16 at the time of my birth and the birth father was approximately 42 years old. The birth mother’s parents were in their early 40’s. Some anecdotal information that I do have is that the birth mother was planning to go home and rebuild her life after my birth, but I do not know where that was. The address listed on the original birth certificate (2301 NW Glisan Portland, Oregon) is now a commercial building and provides no help in possibly tracking my birth mother in that manner.
I am mostly interested in obtaining any medical history I can as well as the story of how I came to be. I may also be willing to meet my birth mother if she is desirous to do so. I am not trying to stir up any old bad memories or create any unnecessary family drama after all these years but would like to have the medical information for myself and my kids.

645. SHultgren1971 : I am looking for information regarding my birth parents. I would like to have a relationship with them, but I understand if that is not possible. Thank you for doing what you thought was best. Thank you for giving me life.
