I did request my records at one point and was informed that the information on it could be fake.
The name on it was Theresa Wagner

I don’t know what her last name became I was told she was living in Washington state it was a closed adoption I believe somehow through our church at the time born in Oregon

Maxwerb1 : I beleive the hospital was Good Samaratin in Portland Or, The Adoption agency was Boy and Girls Aid Society the birth cert say the biological mother is / was Linda Enright is white and 19 at the time of birth.
