Was likely born in a military hospital near Portand? Only speculation as the bio father was in the Navy and listed residence was "Receiving Barracks" in Portland Oregon.
Bio mother could have had multiple last names as she was married multiple times. It is hard to track due to the numerous last names that she had. Smith, McGoffin, Baker, White, just to name a few.

They told us his name was Jonathan when we adopted him, but I don’t know if that was the name his mother gave him. My parent changed his name to Douglas Walsh.
