The birth record hows her "usual residence" as Oakridge, OR Box 743. t also shows she was born in Washington State. There is no information listed as to who her parents are.
If anyone knows who this person is...please let her know that her son is looking for her and that his health is not good and am hoping to find her before it is too late.

164. Stargate4Vicki : My sister, Sarah Anne, was adopted in Oregon. She was born in Klamath Falls at the Presby Intercommunity Hospital. The doctor who delivered her is shown as William S. Bechen, MD. Our mother told me that all she knew about Sarah’s family was that she was the 5th or 6th child to parents who could not afford to raise another child. Unfortunately Sarah passed away in 1996, but I promised her son, my nephew, that i would look for his mothers biological family he is 28 years old now and may have a lot of cousins out there.
