499. Missingmygirl05 : I am looking for my daughter who was adopted out of newport oregon around late september 2007. Her birth name is irma naomi garica she was born march 1st 2005. The adoption was thru the state and I was led to believe that I would still be able to be apart of my daughters life, however 2 days after the adoption was finalized I had went to dhs to schedual a visit with my daughter and her adoptive parents and was unable to do so. I was told that all communications would have to be done directly with her adoptive parents yet would not provide me with any information on how I could contact them, not even a name. My life will never feel complete without her. I miss her so much and love her more than I can express.
