I was born in the Ilshin hospital‚ Seoul and immediately placed in foster care.

I was found in YeongDeungPo Gu on October 29‚ 1973 wearing red pants and no shoes. YeongDeungPo police transferred me to the Municipal Children’s Home (trusted by Temporary Reception Center for Missing Children). My birth date was estimated (they measured my teeth and bones and arrived at an estimate) and I was given the name Yung Hee KIMat the Children’s Home.
At the time I was found in YeongDeungPo Gu‚ I was wearing red pants‚ no shoes‚ had 10 teeth on each side‚ could not speak clearly yet‚ could walk‚ could comprehend when spoken to and express myself well.
At the very least‚ I would like to track down my foster family who I think took good care of me. I have a copy of a report by a social worker (Miss Duck Hee KIM with the Child Welfare Department of the Social Welfare Society‚ Inc. formerly Child Placement Services‚ Inc. in Seoul KOREA) who observed my time with the foster family and stated I liked the father best of all.
I went to the Seoul 7th Day Adventist Hospital in November 15-26 of 1973 due to pneumonia.
I was adopted by my American parents in 1975.
I have a small widow’s peak located at the center of my hairline at the top of my forehead. There is a protrusion at the back of my skull that is distinguishable by hand. I have attached ear lobes. I have type O+ blood
