My name is Sophia and I’m searching on behalf of my fiance, Brian Thomas (as a gift). While going through the wedding planning, we came across his adoption papers. The documents are noted that he didn’t have a chance to meet his birth mother after birth, and it sounds like his birth mother turned over the child right after birth. His Social welfare papers indicate that he was born with the name "Moon, Duk Ho", and was named by his foster mother. He was born in a hospital in "Cheollanam-do, South Korea" on April 13, 1996 at 05:30. I’m more interested in searching for his mother "Moon, Ok Sook" who was 24 at the time.
