743. LeeJaYee : My name is Emma Harris. I was born on June 5‚ 2002‚ to a fifteen-year-old female middle schooler and an eighteen-year-old male high schooler in Kwangju (now Gwangju)‚ South Korea. My birth name was Lee Ja-Yee. I have a twin sister formerly named Lee Ja-Il.
I have heard that twin births are exceedingly rare in South Korea. In addition‚ I was born extremely premature (27 weeks) and weighed only two pounds (0.9 kilograms). I spent several months in intensive prenatal care. I was fostered once I was well enough to leave the hospital with my sister and then adopted at 16 months old. I don’t know which hospital I was born in‚ or the agency (though I’m certain my adoptive parents have the information on file). Hopefully‚ my unique circumstances will narrow things down.

There is a language barrier since I’ve grown up in the USA learning English while they speak the Korean language but I’d still love to know my birth mother.
750. Gg1122 : I was born in Seoul Korea‚ trying to find my half brother. His mom would be my birth mother. She was 23 when she had me. She was an accountant. She had a boyfriend and had the half brother. Then she had a one night stand and had me. My Asian name is Han Na. My half brother was born in 2003 in January.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
