I never spent time in an orphanage‚ but spent some time with a village elder before being taken to my adopted parents who were missionaries in South Korea. The only information I could give them was that my name was Kim EunJoo and I was three years old. I do not have any other information.

Woosung Gyn & Obs gave me the name Woo Sung Lee. I was then in the Han Suh Hospital for a few weeks and transferred to Myungaung Orphanage and then a foster home until I was adopted at 6 months old to an American family in Michigan.

I was born in Seoul‚ South Korea‚ December 10‚ 1973 but my father told me that they changed my birthdate to March 10‚ 1973 (this is what is on my legal documents currently in US).
