There is no accurate date of birth, but assumed she was around 4-5 years old when found.
According to records, she was found by passer by on 12th August 1971 around 8pm on the streets of 1 Do-dong, Joong-gu, Seoul and brought to Seoul City Children’s Home through Namdaemoon Police Station. I was able to find that Do-dong is administratively changed to be a part of Huam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
188. Rjax1980 : I was adopted through the Social Welfare Society in Seoul, Korea. I was born at 5:50am on 6/11/1980. I was found in on the street at #474 Gupnaeri of Kapyung Eup. The only identifying information found with me was a memo with my birthdate and time of birth. I was put into a foster care home, and later adopted in the United States. My foster mother was 51 years old, and had three children, ages 17, 20, and 29. My arrival date in the United States was January 21, 1981.
