Her name is Victoria Yakovleva‚ born November 21‚ 2004. According to the records I have‚ she was in Psychoneurological Orphanage No. 6 in Saint Petersburg‚ Russia‚ in 2006‚ and she left the institution on March 12‚ 2009‚ with a note indicating that she was adopted in the United States.
Her adoptive parents‚ according to my information‚ are U.S. citizens and possibly medical professionals (cardiologists). Unfortunately‚ I do not know the state where she was adopted or her current location.

My mothers name is Sandra Blackburn. I was put up for adoption in Omaha‚ NE USA and brought home to adopting family a month later‚ but final adoption papers were signed and dated November 1971.
My DNA matches me to perspective cousins but none of them know of a Sandra Blackburn‚ or an aunt that put a child to adoption.
