He was released from the hospital to Franklin County Social Services Dorothy Goodrich (social worker) and Franklin Reynolds (director). He was adopted from or in Omaha Nebraska. The hospital did not issue a birth certificate due to immediate adoption, but records show his name at birth was John Anthony per the hospital in 1988.
