412. Gayle2118 : Mothers name would be Muriel Doris Churchill, or Could be under the last name’s...Janda or Bennett. Muriel was born May 22, 1928 in Massachusetts..died Oct 1980 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Her mother was Ruth Gladis Widtfeldt. And her father’s name was George Howard. Churchill. My Mother Muriel married a man 1944 named William H Janda but they divorced not long after. They had a child named Linda Claire Janda. (December 18,1945)
She then married my father Charles John Bennett in Baltimore Maryland in 1948 and he adopted Linda shortly after because her father was not in her life.
Prior to my father passing away he informed me my mother gave a child up for adoption and he thought it was a male to the Jewish adoption center. He couldn’t give me any other information so I assume it was before their marriage in 1948.
Thank You for any assistance in this matter.
