197. MontyGs1219 : I was born in Bellevue, NE at Earling Berquist Hospital (also known as Capehart Hospital). It was an "off base" medical facility mainly for military personnel. My adoption was handled through a private attorney (Steven Lundquist - who is now deceased) my aunt worked for and I supposedly taken home by my adopted parents 2 days after I was born.
Thanks to DNA testing on Ancestry.com I have located my birth father. His name was Robert A. Coleman (deceased) and he was stationed at Offutt Air Force Base until 1966. I was told at a young age that my mother may also be military and her family hailed from the Upper Northwest.
DNA matches have also connected me with some Cousins who are believed to be on my mother’s side of the family. Their families all settled around the Tacoma, WA area in the late 1890’s and early 1900’s. Thus matching the information I was told about where my mother was from.
My research leads me to believe that my mother is a close relation to Glee Naomi Ferris/Bosomworth (1904-1978), possibly a daughter or niece.

He was born at St. Eliz hosp in Lincoln‚ on Sunday morning at 07:39 am. I received a message that read we have not been in touch with the family since the adoption . my adoption was closed soon after but ive wondered my entire life about the birthmother i didnt have...its become more crucial to figure out birth family due to the fact that i to had a baby girl 3 yrs ago that was put into the system and i have a wonderful family in my life that allows me to see her and when old enough she will understand that im birthmom... its crucial info that u need so that i can tell her parents about my family medical history because i think her new family deserves to know (as do i)
