Pansey was serving a five-year sentence for accessory to my sister’s murder‚ Ellen Mae Jones! Pansey entered the Nebraska state woman’s prison in Feb 3rd 1966 and she was three months pregnant. I don’t know if she gave birth to my brother inside the prison or a near by hospital in York Nebraska. I was born to Pansey in 1970

I was born at University Hospital in Omaha‚ Nebraska. Nebraska Children’s Home Society was the adoption agency. I had health issues at first and was cared for by a foster mother until I was adopted on March 27‚1969 by my adoptive parents‚ Robert and Helen Schmidt who lived in Hastings‚ Nebraska at the time.
I did 23 and Me but only found one first cousin from my biological father’s side who had no knowledge of me. Her name is Kimberly Adams.
