He believes he was adopted from Immanuel Children’s home in Omaha, NE sometime from October to January 1960-1962. His birth name (first and middle) was Christopher Allen. Last name at birth has not been verified. Birth mother and father are not known. Adopted parents were the late Carol and Melvin Dunkle. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
483. Navajo327 : I am searching for my BF. He was from New Mexico and is Navajo. He worked in Fairbury on the UP/RR with the railroad gang name "Handy" he was 23/24yrs old at the time I was born and was not aware my BM was pregnant. I was adopted from Child Savings Institute in Omaha Nebraska.
484. CShoults : Father’s name is Herman LeRoy Boltjes. He lived in Kemmerer, Wyoming and moved to Torrington, Wyoming. It is right that he has a potential daughter who was born in Kemmerer, WY, and possibly either a child or a set of twins who were born in the Scottsbluff/Gering, Nebraska area. The possible siblings in trying to find may have been raised by their mothers or may have been placed for adoption. I believe the mother of the girl in Kemmerer was in high school.
Herman raised 3 daughters (I am the oldest of the 3), Crystal born in 1974, Lacey born in 1977, and Amber born in 1983. There is a son from his first wife who was put up for adoption. His name is Kelly and he was born in 1970. In addition to Kelly, Herman has twin boys born one month after Kelly also in 1970. They were raised by their mother. Their mom is the one who provided us with this information.

487. RogerE : I am told that I was adopted at two days of age. I believe that the adoption agency’s name at that time was Lutheran Family services, but is now called Family Service Association of Lincoln. When I requested information from them back in 1989, I was given non-identifying information consisting of time of birth 9:15 PM, Weight 6 lbs. 2 oz. Mother 19 years of age, 5’ 7" attractive blond with blue-green eyes. Father 5’ 10", dark brown hair. Maternal Grandmother Norwegian and Danish descent, Maternal Grandfather German and Irish descent. Birth mother stated that her "parents were deceased at the time of the adoption". Place of birth was Omaha NE which is also the stated residence of my birth mother on my birth certificate, which is actually dated May 8th, 1961 and signed by Ralph Slocum, county judge.
