I believe that the adoption agency’s name at that time was Lutheran Family services, but is now called Family Service Association of Lincoln. When I requested information from them back in 1989, I was given non-identifying information consisting of time of birth 9:15 PM, Weight 6 lbs. 2 oz. Mother 19 years of age, 5’ 7" attractive blond with blue-green eyes. Father 5’ 10", dark brown hair. Maternal Grandmother Norwegian and Danish descent, Maternal Grandfather German and Irish descent. Birth mother stated that her "parents were deceased at the time of the adoption". Place of birth was Omaha NE which is also the stated residence of my birth mother on my birth certificate, which is actually dated May 8th, 1961 and signed by Ralph Slocum, county judge.

494. Michallison67 : I was born in Lincoln Nebraska‚ 3 days later I was adopted by Louis and Jeanne Allison. At that time they lived in Fremont Nebraska. I want to say the hospital was called Memorial Hospital back then. That hospital is no longer around or it has a different name or I am mistaken. My biological mom was very young I was told so she may be in her late 60’s considering I am 51. It said on my adoption paper that they called me Baby Wagner. So I guess my last name was Wagner.

I was told that my biological mother lived with her mother and she was very young when she got pregnant with me. Also that her and her mother were very wild. That is the only thing my adopted mother will tell me. I wasn’t allowed to start looking for my mother until I was 25 years old and I guess that was what my biological mother requested. I did try once before when I was in my 30’s and received a call from a lady regarding my biological mother but my roommate at the time forgot to give me the message for 2 weeks. So I gave up the search until now.
