1104. Mmost89 : The only thing that I know for sure is my birth mothers name was Leigh Cox & she gave birth to me November 8‚ 1989 in Brookhaven‚ Mississippi.
1105. Sarajanet18 : I was born on July 16‚ 1987 in Jackson‚ MS and was adopted through Bethany Christian Services 3 days after I was born.
All I have/know is what my birth mother wrote to me in a letter along with a Holly Hobby doll and a sterling silver panda necklace that was given to me on my 18th birthday by my adoptive parents.
1106. TanChanta : Hello I'm Tan‚ I am looking for a niece of mine who was adopted in 2017-2018 out of the Jackson Mississippi Children's Hospital around the two years listed above. She was born in Kosciusko Mississippi and given the name Arielle Nicole Lewis and or Snow during the time of her birth. My sister named her at birth but I was told that the adoptive family renamed her. I only got one chance to see her and meet her 😔 at the time of her leaving my sister. She was born with some health issues and was a chocolate beautiful baby.
I remember the day I got the chance to meet and hold her. Arielle Nicole Lewis it was like she knew who I was as I stood holding her and looking down at her precious little face over her bed. She had the greatest smile for me her Aunt as if we met. Immediately Arielle fell asleep in my arms after a short time of me holding her. So calm and peaceful she laid in my arms up against my shoulder. The nurse aide started to tell me wow you know she loves you. She also mentioned she thought I'd make a good fit for Arielle. That Arielle knew something good about me because she was just so at peace in my arms. While I rushed to see her after a long 16 hour work shift which included 1 1/2 hour drive to work plus back home overnight from Jackson Ms back to Kosciusko. She had a nurse aide who was very nice and welcoming. Sadly a Nurse Practitioner who was not so nice upon finding out that I her auntie was very interested in adopting her as my living arrangements and stability would have I believe fit for her needs. As I did not have my own children and wanted to give Arielle the love my sister could not at that moment in life for Arielle to have a long life full of love. And shared biological love with family.
The next day I went back to see Arielle I was told I could not see her and that she had been adopted. I am not trying to take her from her adoptive family nor say they didn't‚ and or aren't neither give her the life and love plus care she needs or deserves. But I want to see her and hear her voice. If I can't see her in the physical presence at least pictures.
If you are familiar with any details provided here please reach out to me. I want to know my niece is doing great and that she is treated right with love and protection! I want to see her beautiful face again. I want to see how much more beauty she has. How is she!
1107. CSR151274 : birth parent: baby girl born in September of 1961‚ Biloxi MS‚ adoption handled by Claire Sikul-Hornsby. Originally said she didn't handle adoptions or didn't have any viable prospects later contacted my parents to see if still interested and met them outside of the hospital with infant (me). I‚ much later‚ saw a newspaper article that stated Sikul-Hornsby‚ an attorney‚ and her brother a judge get honored for handling so many adoptions. My father reached out to Sikul-Hornsby in the 1990's and she said all her records went up in a fire.
1108. Pikagirl420 : I have very little to go on. Im not even positive if im related. My dad was dating a girl who was pregnant shortly after they broke up. She had the baby and while baby was still very young before my dad could find out if baby was related to us or not‚ the mom died in a car accident my dad said. Im thinking the baby was younger than me (i was born in 2000) but I dont know for sure. My dad's name is Harold Rick and my name is Tashara Anderson. I have 3 more siblings who i have gotten in contact with already. This is the only one that we haven't found yet
1109. Cschmitt : I spit into a tube and sent it off to ancestry.com around November 2025. I was shocked to find I had a half sister named Kimberly. Morris is the last name on there‚ could be a married name. I don't know much of anything. We have the same father but he's deceased so I cannot ask him. John Arthur Demarest was his name. No idea what birth mom's name was. I had no idea she even existed.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
