I do have an aunt on my bm’s side that I speak to on occasion‚ and follow my bio brother on FB‚ but was unable to develop a stable relationship with BM. I still would love to find any/all family on birth father’s side. Again‚ only thing I have is a name‚ Jorge Viallobos‚ and he was living and/or working in Gallup‚ NM in early 1977. I believe he was from either Central or South America‚ but that could be completely wrong‚ and BM was NO HELP in gaining information.
UPDATE! I made first contact with my birth mother on June 25‚ 2016!
I was born in Gallup‚ New Mexico at the McKinley County Hospital on or around December 23‚ 1977. I have recently discovered the names of my birth parents. My mother was Brenda Lee Creamer (and had married a Gammel at the time of my adoption in October of 1978)‚ and my father was Jorge Viallobos of Gallup‚ New Mexico. I also know my birth father worked at the Rainbo Bread Company in Gallup. I do know I have (had) a sibling born when I was about six years old. My birth mother contacted the attorney at that time because there was a birth defect or disease that my sibling had that she wanted them to test me for. I was adopted at 11 months old‚ which leads me to believe my birth mother tried to keep me at first‚ but was unable to. Recently‚ I have begun having numerous health problems and really want to find my birth family to learn about my medical history‚ if nothing else. Also‚ my adoptive mother has passed away‚ and I’m feeling kind of lost in the world right now. If anyone has any information or can help me‚ please contact me.
