318. Ahoupt89 : Trying to find my sister!
We have the same father but different mothers.
Our father is Michael Kent Milton of Clinton MS.
I just found out that I have a sibling and I am searching for her. I never knew about her until about 6 months ago. I have been told her name is Amanda but I do not know her last name. I know that her mother and my (our) father were together in High School and after she was born my father walked away from her and she was adopted by another man. I have been told her mothers name is possibly a Debbie (sp?) Hodges. Not sure in the Debbie but we know that Amanda’s (my sisters) mothers last name (maiden) was Hodges from either Clinton, MS or Jackson, MS..
Please help!!
320. Loraina : He was born in West Virginia, but I don’t know where he was adopted. Adoption Services in Camp Hill PA might have been involved. I just sent in an Ancestry DNA test. Anyone looking should consider taking one or more DNA tests.
322. AMBFox : My mother’s name was Donna Fox Taylor from Falls City, Nebraska. She met my father at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1968. Her parents sent her to Mississippi to have me. My grandmothers name is Edna Fox Higgins.
325. Ashlee3690 : My name is Ashlee. I am 28 years old and am searching for my birth family. I don’t have very much information on it. I know that I was born in Dallas, Texas on March 6, 1990 and was given the name Lisa by my birth mother. I was 3 months old when my adoption took place in Brookhaven, Mississippi. I was told my birth mom is from Brookhaven, Ms. and her maiden name is/was Boyd. My adoptive parents will not tell me any information and I have been wanting to know since I was about 10 years old.
326. Lauralouwho87 : Sibling was residing with birth mother, was adopted by her mother’s husband around 1984-86 at the latest. I have the birth father’s (father we share) name and info only. Nothing more.
328. Kevinwilliamjordan : I was born in Ashville North Carolina. My birth mother is named Dixie Mullins. My birth name was Paul Mullins. Its possible that the Mullens family knew my grandparents,
knew that Dixie was putting a baby up for adoption. This was in Mc,combe Mississippi. I have the original adoption papers.I was born in st. Marys hospital. in Ashville.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
