I have found a 2nd cousin to my mom who we have no idea how we’re related only probably through my grandpa biological side his name is Dan Laird and he lives in Vegas! So what I kind get out of this is that his dad had a larger family and 2 of his sister got sent to place for teens that had been in trouble in Salt Lake City and the rest of the family got put into foster care because the parents ran away and left all of them! We are just thinking that one of the sisters got pregnant and placed her baby up for adoption which would be my grandpa! None of the family has been able to find the 2 sisters I can find their names but it would take me a little digging again to find them

I do know that the birth mother turned 26 in 1968. The birth father was around 40. All this information has only been revealed by the birth mother in the past year. I have DNA on Adopted‚ Ancestry‚ 23andMe‚ MyHeritage‚ FamilytreeDNA‚ and GEDmatch. We’d really need that to match.
