My Maiden Name is Boyd‚ I grew up in DCFS custody and joined the military in 2005. Layla was born on military base Fort Riley KS in 2007. Lilyan In Hersey PA in 2008. Lilyan was born very premature at 28 weeks and has cerebral palsy quite possibly.
After the girls were placed for adoption I moved back to PA but I am in utah now.
The caseworker that handled the case was Wendy Ottley and the Judge was Lindsely in 3rd district court.
