He was born at Cottonwood Hospital in Murray, Utah 5:15 pm on April 6, 1987 and was placed with the adoptive family on April 8, 1987, and the adoption was finalized in October, 1987. He weighed 7 lbs and was 20 1/2 inches long at birth.
The adoptive father was around 32 years of age, of English, French, and Scottish decent. He was 5’7 1/2" tall and weighed 170 lbs, had brown hair, blue green eyes, medium build and medium colored skin. He graduated college with a high scholastic standing and was in the medical field. He had three older brothers.
The adoptive mother was around 30 years of age, and of English, Danish, and German decent. She was 5’8" tall and weighed 150 lbs. She had red hair, blue eyes, medium build, and fair skin. She had two older sisters, and a younger sister who was 10 years younger. This was her second marriage, and they had been married four years at the time of their adoption application.
Both of the adoptive parents, and the birth parents were members of the LDS church, and the adoption was handled through the LDS Church Social Services office in Sandy, Utah. The birth father was 18 years of age, and the birth mother was 20 years of age, and both birth parents were from Northern California.
I have always wondered about this baby boy, the life he had, and the man he has grown into.
