1263. DestineyRoseMartinez : Looking for a sibling who is searching for me. I am Destiney Rose Martinez Fisher who was born in Iowa City Iowa. My mom is Rachel Fisher and dad is Gonzalo Martinez.
1266. Ericajs85 : My mother’s name is Diana Larsen‚ she gave birth to a baby boy on March 10‚ 1980 in Brigham City‚ Utah. Father of the baby boy is unknown. My mom would have been 15 years old at the time of birth
1268. Melissagray82 : Possible name Nathan paige age 19 age 20 birth name Nathan rodger rasmussen adopted parents amanda cynthia kidd paige ‚ Deceased adopted father Warren paige . Possible schools were granger high school redwood elementary birth siblings ‚ Jason Ryan rasmussen Aka jason paige‚ Daniel Pearce adopted name unknown Miley Pearce adopted name unknown. Adopted parents also unknown for Daniel and Miley Pearce. Last know address for Nathan was redwood rd west valley utah.
1269. ThelmaAlice : Thelma Alice was adopted when she was between 6 and 10 years old. Or at least she was considered adopted as there are no formal adoption papers. She lived in an orphanage prior to being sent to Fairview‚ Utah to work at a cheese factory when she was about 6. She then was "adopted" by a couple by the name of Rasmussen.
From DNA matches we believe her birth mother immigrated from Denmark in 1915 shortly before Thelma’s birth. We do not know how she came to be in a Utah orphanage.
1270. Angelaxr7 : My brother was born on 7/2/1976 and was taken from my mom on 7/3/1976 as part of a black-market adoption ring common during that era in San Francisco‚ CA. The baby was taken from my 14 year old mom as she was a runaway at the time. She was released from the University of California San Francisco Hospital (San Francisco County). My mom was initially allowed to see the baby (left unattended in a portable crib by her hospital bed). The next morning‚ a hospital employee informed her that her baby had died. They would not allow her to see her baby again‚ and when she asked about the burial‚ the nurse told her it was against the rules and that her child would instead be buried in mass grave. They had her sign some form resembling a "contract" that she didn’t understand. A few years ago‚ I happened to cross paths with a retired RN who happened to work in the SF area during those years with her husband who was a physician. She was quite familiar with‚ and apologetic for‚ the unfortunate practice of black-market adoptions at those hospitals‚ during that era. She was a wealth of information and informed me that we are possibly looking for a child with a birth certificate filed within a few days of 7/2/76 with the generic name "Baby Boy" on the birth certificate. The retired RN I spoke with mentioned that the hospital staff would not have filed a false death certificate for these types of situations due to the legal implications of filing a false death record.
On May 27‚ 2022 - We confirmed with the vital records office in San Francisco that there is a certificate of live birth but no death record exists for my brother which confirms he did not die in the hospital on July 3‚ 1976 and that the hospital indeed lied.
1271. LynetteRichter : I am looking for my daughter who was taken from me and adopted out by the state of Utah. Her name was Carlyn E. Richter before she was adopted out. She was 7 years old when I last saw her. She has the most incredible personality and was so lovely‚ loving and kind. Her father and I are hoping to find her. She just turned 22. The last thing I heard was that she had moved to Pennsylvania. If you find her ask her if she remembers her nickname. Ask her about Bobby.
1272. JanetAnnAdams : Looking for my half brother. Born as James Adams I believe.
I hear he was adopted and possibly moved out to the
mid west from the east coast.
My fathers Name is Roger Adams. I do not know my
half brothers mothers name
1273. AlexisHope : I was born in Orem at the Timpanogos Regional Hospital. I was adopted through the "Adoption Center of Choice" in Orem‚ which is now closed. I aspirated Meconium and was life flighted to Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City. The attending doctor at Timpanogos Hospital was E. William Parker‚ M.D.. Cory Atkinson and Kirsten Atkinson are my adoptive parents. I would like to know who my birth parents are to let them know that I am well and thank them. I want to make sure that they are ok and maybe ask them a few questions about medical history and my adoption story.
1275. BowesLinnReynier : Our Oma married young‚ had a child‚ and then her husband went to fight WWII. When he returned Oma was pregnant with child or had just had a child‚ but it was not husbands. So she gave this child up. Somewhere between Oklahoma and California this child was put up for adoption. The couple later divorced and she married his brother and had four more children. Her first husband kept the oldest boy‚ then there’s a missing child (not sure of gender‚ Oma told me boy once)‚ then 3 girls 1 boy by the brother husband. Maiden name Nunnally and married name Edwards. Anyone think this sounds familiar?
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
