StacyAgee : My name is Stacy Agee Salazar I went through adoption center of choice out of Orem Utah at the time in 2004 I had a little girl and on the same day she was born she was giving up for adoption but with an open adoption I named her destiny Ray the adopted parents named her Maya Nicole she should be 18 this year I believe her adopted parents’ names was Tim and Tracy she was born and I want to say Provo Utah the hospital that’s there. The adopted parents sent pictures the first few years they were supposed to keep me updated at all times but adoption center of choice got sued and closed down and I have not heard from any of my children I have three children that were put up for adoption through adoption center of choice in 2004-2005 and 2011 I have not had contact with any of my three children and that is not that was not the agreement I was supposed to be able to watch them grow and keep update updates with him and pictures and letters and I haven’t received anything in years please help me find my children this is the first one I’ll fill out another application for the other two

Through Ancestry.com DNA service I found close relative‚ Colton Kynaston‚ DOB 4-2-1990‚ who lives in Utah and confirms his dad was adopted. Would like to pursue if Colton Kynaston’s father could be my biological half brother.

My mother‚ Susan Brinkerhoff (maiden name) was from Des Moines‚ Washington and when it was decided that she would put the baby up for adoption‚ she moved down to Provo to live with her Aunt and Uncle.
What information I do have is she went through LDS Adoption services and she remembers giving birth in March 1974 at the Provo Utah Valley Hospital. She has said she can’t recall the exact day and wasn’t entirely sure it was March‚ so unfortunately that is all I have to go off of.

He weighed 5lbs‚ 13ounces‚ beautiful long dark eyelashes‚ and a lot of hair‚ beautiful child.You have 1 younger brother‚ Michael Wayne Anderson Il‚ he is 31 years old‚ Born on May 10 1992‚ at St.Vincents hospital in Billings Montana‚ he has a very sucessful career at Newmont Gold Mine‚ Elko Nevada‚ he is Married to a geologist at the same mine‚ her name is " Page Chessmore Anderson" they reside in Elko Nevada‚ also own a small cafe/bar & Grill‚ in Golconda Nevada. Michael & page have one 6 year old daughter together‚ her 2 boys both under 15‚ Michaels bonus boys.. When he was born he weighed 5lbs 131/2 ounces‚ 19 in long‚ he was a spitting image of you at birth‚ he is 6’ft 2’’‚ big Cowboy‚ and very sucessful for a young man.. i will attach pic .
