I also understand that I was a high risk adoption because my biological dad did not sign the adoption papers because they could not find him to sign them. Also I understand that the attorney that handled my adoption also handled both sides of the adoption and the last name Sykes was the attorney. I also understand that the LDS adoption agency is who handled the adoption. I am not 100% sure of any of this information.
