I was told that her family took her to Utah to have my sister and adopted through the LDS church. I dont know the birth date :( just the relative year from stories. Her mom's name is Debbie Dunn and Her Father is Steven Lee Van Patten. That's all the info I have :(

I named him Dallas Mackade Johnson he was born 4 months pre mature on December 2003 .He was born in St. George Utah and then Life flighted to primary children's hospital in salt lake city.. He was adopted in May 2004‚ 5 months later.. A woman by the name of Lorna Zimmerman was with the LDS adoption agency who made this all possible.
