A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within Utah Who Chose To Be Featured
1096. Greenmystery : My great grandmother born in Ogden Utah at a home for unwed mothers. Her adopted parents raised her and it is still unnnown who her biological parents are. She was born December 26 1908 or even possible 1909
1097. Helpingdnamatches : I am searching on behalf of an adoptee .Looking for a woman who was adopted and lived in California during her mid 20’s, who then placed a daughter for adoption in January 1979 in California. The child (a daughter) was born in Long Beach. She believes that she was born baby girl Beaumont and that her mother was born in the mid 1950’s. She also believes her father was Navy. Both the adoptee and myself have done DNA testing for this search (we are related as well). I have a couple of families that are DNA related but have been unable to narrow results because of the multiple adoptions.
1098. Rosa7753 : I am looking for my twin sisters. Birth names Sheena Montano and Shanece Montano. Born on 01/02/2002. They were adopted into the Hurley family.
1100. Dixie51 : I was born in Murray Utah , on October 30,1969 at 1:55 AM in Cottowwood Hospital. I was taken home from the hospital on Nov 1 1969 l I desperately would like to find my Birth parents. I think the Adoption was handled through Childrens Aid Society
1104. Sky2004 : I’m the mother to the adopted child’s half sister and I’m trying to help her locate her half brother. They obviously have the same father.
The adopted boy, Mason, was adopted shortly after his mother gave birth. She didn’t want a reminder of her affair with my husband (ex husband now). She told me she was giving Mason to her cousins whom lived outside of Illinois (where we all live) in a different state. I don’t remember the state she told me tho because that was 12-13 years ago.
I think my daughter deserves to know her one and only step sibling. And she wants to know him, too!
When college time comes along for both of them, I don’t want them to meet and fall in love and end up finding out too late that they are siblings. Mason’s mother, Mandy, shouldn’t want that either.
I think Mandy is afraid that if I find Mason, I will tell him about his real dad and what a narcissist he is and that Mandy doesn’t want her son to ever meet his birth father.
1105. Sparklejoy07 : I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah at Holy Cross Hospital. I only know what I have been told that my birth mother had reddish brown hair and she was a University of Utah student. I know nothing about my birth father. I was a premature baby weighing 5 lbs. I was placed for adoption at a few days old.
1106. Kylahbell : Hi‚ I’m Kylah Bell from Salt Lake City‚ Utah. I am trying to find my brother who was adopted out from his birth parents in California. While we don’t know his birth mothers last name‚ we know her first name is Gina‚ and she is originally from Vernal‚ Utah. Birth father is Jeffery Bell‚ adopted in california‚ raised un utah‚ born in september 1972.
1107. Dynadina : My biological mothers name was Carolyn Sisam. I know this because she was my adopted mom’s sister. I’ve been told my biological father’s name to be Tino Sanchez. How true this is I’m not sure but would like to find out.
1108. Kenwalker59 : I was told that my mother was a Native American from the Pawnee tribe. I have/had two older brothers. My father was of Irish decent.
1110. JH100 : My sister was born in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1951. Her mother had come there from Norway to work as an au pair for a doctor and his family. She became pregnant by the doctor. She put the baby up for adoption and I presume she went back to Norway, though she could be living anywhere now. She’d be in her 80s I would think. She also became a renowned artist, touring the world with one-woman shows. I do not have her name, however. I did see a photo of her years ago and there is a very strong resemblance to my sister.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
