737. GrantJ : i am searching for my half brother. my father & a woman (i do not know her name) had a baby boy. my father told me he did not even know the baby existed until one day the woman showed up at his door‚ told my father they had a baby together‚ whom she named William (my fathers name)‚ and she gave the baby up for adoption.
Unfortunately‚ i do not know where the baby was born(I am assuming Houlton‚ Maine)or what year. I do know he was born before 1977.My fathers name was William Grant. He was not married to this woman.
738. Digiperk : I am trying to find a woman that my Aunt put up for adoption in the 60s in Maine. Several years ago the woman approached a cousin of mine (would also be a cousin to her‚ not sibling) saying that she was related in Poland‚ Maine. By that time‚ my mom had advanced dementia so she wasn’t able to confirm. I always felt like it was my Aunt’s story to tell‚ but now she also has dementia. My cousin that she approached passed away last year. I’m just trying to see if she is interested in connecting if it is true.
739. EvaleensMother2001 : Evaleen Regina Snider born Rumford Hospital Rumford Maine‚ other records from Franklin Memorial hospital in Farmington Maine. Bad actors in the family from VA‚ CO‚ CA‚ AR and Maine. My husband and mother are criminals related to Georgia Tann of TN/AL as well as to Dr. Hicks of GA/AL
741. Meandmike2 : Think the birth mother’s first name was Elaine. The birth father was from Massachusetts and so was the mother. She went to Maine for the adoption and lived with one of her siblings in Maine. The father’s father was a lawyer we believe in Massachusetts at the time. We think the father worked at the law office. The fathers family was Jewish.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
