623. Rachelkaye : I am looking for my brother who was born in July 1979 or 1980 and the dr who delivered him adopted him. I don’t know his name or anything. My mom doesn’t remember having him in a hospital or going thru adoption agency. She said all she can remember is a clinic and delivering him in the room like in a dr office. The dr wasn’t married but wanted a child. We were living in Phillips Maine at the time. I don’t know if there are any clinics in Phillips Maine as I am from Louisiana. He is bi racial if this helps. The female dr that adopted him said she would tell him he was adopted when he got old enough. Dr Deborah freeman worked for dr smith in 1979 or 1980 she is the one who adopted my brother.

She now use the name Kim Johnson and is married to my son Steve. Kim was born on 19 March 1977 in the hospital at Farmington‚ Maine. Her adopted father Rod was in the Navy. Her adopted mother’s name was Peggy. Her birth mother reported that she had 2 brothers and liked to work with Animals (dogs).

We stayed in touch through letters. I lost contact when my precious box was destroyed in a flood. Then the agency that did the adoption closed.
Colin was born in Portland Maine Hospital. 4-23-1988.
