Her name is Victoria Yakovleva‚ born November 21‚ 2004. According to the records I have‚ she was in Psychoneurological Orphanage No. 6 in Saint Petersburg‚ Russia‚ in 2006‚ and she left the institution on March 12‚ 2009‚ with a note indicating that she was adopted in the United States.
Her adoptive parents‚ according to my information‚ are U.S. citizens and possibly medical professionals (cardiologists). Unfortunately‚ I do not know the state where she was adopted or her current location.

My mother was not aware that she was adopted until her 30s and the circumstances of her birth parents may not have been accurately transmitted to her. From my own research Fr.
