A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within West Virginia Who Chose To Be Featured
361. JeffreyPLee62 : Looking for my daughter who was adopted without my knowledge or consent in 1982. I am the father. I believe that she was born in February or March of 1982. The birth mother never let me know when she had the baby and let her be adopted without my consent. We were both over the age of 18 at the time. Birth mother was named Lisa Moore at the time. We lived in Marietta, OH. I am unsure if she was born in WV or OH and I think she was born at a Catholic home for unwed mothers. I cannot get the birth mother to give me any information and she now lives in Florida. I want to find her and have tried many times over the years but I have very little information to go on.
362. Londonanmaizie : I have two sister
London ann Gardner
Maizie Joan Gardner
I am her brother curtis Anthony Gardner an they have 5 more sister an brother’s. They were adopted because there mother grandparents did not want to raise them while there daughter was in rehab. So they secretly adopted my sister’s with even notifying us. My sister are biracial an we believe that racism play apart in the adoption because they kept caidain who is white.
363. Adamsmommy22 : I am looking for the son that was taken from me. I’ve never stopped thinking of you. Your name was Adam Jeffrey Lycans. You were 17 months old when you were taken. You were 7lbs 2 ounces at birth and born in the city of Fairmont, WV. We lived in lumberport. You were born on September 15, 2012. If you find this before you are 18 please have your adopted parents contact the DHHR. You have a brother who was taken from me also and he was also adopted but I have all of his information for you if you’d like to be in contact with him. I miss you. I never stopped loving you.
364. MDH1997 : Mother is Sara Humphrey Gibson. Father should be Roger Gibson but that is probably not the name of father appearing on adoption papers, as she had run from her husband and living with someone while pregnant and during the birth. All parties are from the Winfield WV area, but Sara and the boyfriend moved to Orlando/Lake Mary FL during the pregnancy and birth. Probably born at Florida Hospital Women’s Center, probably a preemie, as me and my younger brother are both preemies. You were given up at birth. I was born the following year 1997, different father, and we have a half- brother born in 2000.
366. Tracysummers8 : My name is Tracy Summers and I am your mom. You were born at Ohio State University Hospital In Columbus OH.
