I am searching for my birth parents... The information I’ve obtained thus far is they are of Romanian/Moldova/Germany/Hungarian decent. I’ve found out that a family immigrated to the US and their last names are ‘Schmidt/Schmied/Beglau/Kunusch/Stepanov’.
I also found out that there may have been another family that might have immigrated to Canada/USA and their last names are ‘Schwarz/Welty/Hamman/Mader/Hümer(Haters)/Black/Blacksmith/Smith/Smythe/Krumpholz’.... I am on Family tree DNA as well I uploaded to gedmatch as well...

598. AYear32 : I’m looking on behalf of my dad who is the adoptee. We are searching for his parents. He may have been adopted through the Catholic charities but there are no adoption records left. We have one birth certificate dating back to 1944.
There is no record of his birth in his home county, Harrison. So we think it may be possible that he was born in a different county or even state. We’re just not sure. Any help is appreciated!! We have health concerns in our family and really would like to know the truth.
