In the detailed narrative the organization provided me of my birth mother (deceased‚ 2015) and information from her biological family‚ she gave up a child for adoption sometime in her late teens and was sent from South Dakota to a Catholic home for unwed mothers/girls somewhere in Montana… not sure if the baby (a boy) would have been adopted into a family in Montana or in neighboring states. Her name was Rose Mary DeLeo (née Quinn).

Very fair skinned with almost white hair and blue eyes at birth also had a red birthmark that ran down the middle of his face and would turn exceptionally red when he was crying. It was supposed to be an open adoption‚ but I wrote to the adoptive parents‚ and they replied that their daughter was doing fine‚ and basically not to contact them anymore. I don’t know why the change of heart‚ because I never did anything or said anything that should’ve made them think that I meant nothing but the best for her. I’ve only want the best for her. My mother had two more children with a man named Rodney Bolin. I do not know them. I hope to find my sister‚ to know her‚ to love her‚ to be a part of her life. I always wanted a little sister.
