443. SerenaBevan : I was told I had a sister. I don’t know her name or anything else about her. Our birth Father’s name was Lawrence Naranjo. He stuck to Colorado and Kansas mainly as far as I know. That she could have been adopted to be anywhere from 1964 to 1980 because I’m not sure if she was older or younger than myself. I think she was younger but I’m just covering my basics. I have done then DNA through ancestry DNA. Nothing has come up through that yet
444. Dmeichten : Mothers name Margaret J Johnson from Redwood Falls MN had a baby boy in 1968 and gave him up for adoption in South Dakota.
We share a father . I would like to find my brother as I’m sure he’s as curious as I am. There have been family health issues the last few years that he should be aware of.
I’m not sure where else to look for information about this as there were several years that children in South Dakota adoptive homes that were sent to parents in different states .
445. DebH1964 : I am searching for a sister who was adopted immediately at birth‚ up to 3 yrs following her birth. Her adopted name is Linda Garrett.
Her birth parents last name is Hardy. Linda grew up and graduated from Sturgis Brown HS‚ in Sturgis‚ SD. She was a cheerleader during HS yrs. After she graduated‚ she was a lifeguard at a local public swim pool. Her birth parents visited her and introduced her to her siblings at the swim pool facility she worked while she was around age 18 or 19yrs old.
Linda decided not to pursue the relationship with her birth parents out of respect for her adopted parents.
Linda became married to a man who used to be a general manager (or a position like general manager) of a car dealership in South Dakota. I do not know her married last name‚ and have never seen Linda other than the one time meeting her in person.
Linda has 2 full blooded siblings. (Wayne and Debbie). Wayne lives in Rapid City‚ SD. Debbie is now married and lives in Westminster‚ CO. Please contact us if you should find that we are searching for you.
