458. Lpoile70 : My grandmother‚ Daisy M Burger (dob 01/27/1891)‚ gave birth to a girl 08/08/1937 at St Mary’s Hospital in Pierre SD. This hospital was run by Catholic nuns. She was either divorced or was separated and had this child with another man. One of the nuns had a sister who adopted the child. Her married name is Patricia Noll and she lives(d) in Arizona. I am assuming that it was an open adoption as she came to visit my Grandmother when she was an adult and my Mother (her half sister) and she kept in contact for quite some time afterwards. I would just like any record of the birth or documentation of adoption for my genealogy records.
