He was raised on a hippy comune in the NorthEast‚ his mom left first then his dad followed‚ leaving him to be raised by the community. They eventually broke apart & he was given to his bio-grandma‚ Elizabeth Hodges who lived in the west coast area (CA or Nevada maybe). She couldn’t handle it so she put him up for adoption‚ he was around 5 years old (give or take) at that time. No one has heard anything since... it really bothers me I’ve never met my cousin‚ I’d really like to find him. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Her name is Victoria Yakovleva‚ born November 21‚ 2004. According to the records I have‚ she was in Psychoneurological Orphanage No. 6 in Saint Petersburg‚ Russia‚ in 2006‚ and she left the institution on March 12‚ 2009‚ with a note indicating that she was adopted in the United States.
Her adoptive parents‚ according to my information‚ are U.S. citizens and possibly medical professionals (cardiologists). Unfortunately‚ I do not know the state where she was adopted or her current location.

I don't know the adoption agency or really any details at all as my mother never told any of us about her having another child and sadly she has passed from cancer which is what brings me here. My father told me about the adoption and that I have another sister out there somewhere. I have pertinent health information that needs to be shared. The birth I suspect would have been at concord hospital and my mother was living in the Penacook‚ NH area at the time.
